Online shopping may be the fastest growing segment of the retail industry, but according to Wharton School marketing professor David Bell, this doesn’t mean the end of brick-and-mortar stores. In fact, a number of online sites are opening physical stores and some of the most successful names in e-commerce maintain storefronts.
